How to track negative habits?


I bought the premium version of the application and realized the lack of something very important: the ability to monitor bad habits.
For example, let’s say I want to monitor my habit of eating junk or drinking sodas. How can I monitor this on Habitify?

Would not it be interesting if we had the function to monitor bad habits and count those days where we DO NOT ADOPT SOME PRACTICES as something positive?

Renatho, I’m new here, so I am not sure if this is OK to say here. Another App ‘Done’ can track negative habits as well as positive ones.


I do this by phrasing the habit as something like “Avoid junk food” and then I either “complete” or “fail” that habit depending on whether I eat junk food or not.


For now we would like to side up with @ekrstein, because technically the way to work around this is to rephrase the habit and track the day that you don’t do it. How does that idea sound to you?
